Greetings, Racers!

This Sunday, we're excited to have Julia Reidy, an Australian-raised, Germany-based guitarist, presenting at the Racer Sessions. Julia has been touring the East and West US coasts this month with our friend and cellist Judith Hamann, and this session marks the penultimate show in the tour before a final show in Seattle on Monday at Hollow Earth Radio. 

Julia had this to say when we talked earlier this week:

"After roughly a month of galavanting around the US - I'm super excited to play at the Racer Sessions.  Recently I've been focused on navigating unstable rhythmic and harmonic territory, using interesting tunings and specific technical approaches on the 12 string guitar. I've recently been inspired by John Fahey, train rides through the Pacific Northwest, Iris Murdoch and Judith Hamann."
