Racer Session #431 | No Baby | July 15, 2018

Greetings, Racers!

This Sunday, we welcome back friends of Racer under a new project. Drummer Ruby Dunphy and dancer/choreographer Allison Burke will come together to present a new project called No Baby.

We only know a little bit about what this project will entail: drum set, percussion, electronics, and movement. But we can also guess at what's to come, knowing that Burke and Dunphy both bring to the table strong creative output, performative ferocity, and a certain amount of playfulness that promises something wild, interesting, firm, and absolutely worth coming to see.

So find yourself at Cafe Racer this Sunday at 8pm to catch No Baby do its thing, and linger afterwards for the jam session to follow. Read on below for a joint statement.
