“RUBY AND ALLISON GO VIRAL, FOR ALLISON’S BIRTHDAY”

Hey Racerheads!

This week we have a duo of Ruby Lucinda & Allison Burke opening the session! Stalwarts of the creative arts community in Seattle, Ruby and Allison as a duo and independently explore sound, movement and performance through an energetic and adventurous lens. In the last year they've been scorching the rock scene as two-thirds of the avant-punk group No Baby, and we are excited to have them on the virtual Racer stage.

Following the opening set, we'll have a second set featuring a handful of curated performers doing shorter pieces/improvs including: multi-instrumentalist Ian Gwin (SEA), bassist Trevor O'Loughlin (SEA), drummer Mike Gebhart (NYC) and potentially more!

Lastly, for the third set we'll open it up to a jam session like normal! Everyone is welcome to participate in the jam session, or you can just sit back and watch and listen.

We will also stream the session live via the Racer Sessions Facebook page [https://www.facebook.com/racersessions/], so if you only wish to spectate, no need to log in to the Zoom meeting.

"Doors" will "open" at 3:45pm, meaning that's when you can join the Zoom meeting and start hanging out! At 4pm the music will begin, and we'll finish up at 6pm.
