Apples As Weapons integrates concepts of biodynamic farming principles, crystal and mineral channeled irrigation systems, farming optimization practices, and spoken word within a jazz piano and drum duo. While rooted in jazz and a strong rhythmic vocabulary, the duo may also explore visual or interdisciplinary modalities of storytelling, weaving together the various apple or plant themes, ultimately culminating in an 'apple event' that transcends the notion of music and movement as separate forces altogether.
