Reverse Psychiatry: An increasingly chaotic discussion between doctor and patient.
Obsessed with a recurring dream, patient spirals out of control while describing thoughts to his shrink. Patient interprets meaning of dream far too literally and over-analyzes every detail - forward and backward, over and over again. Psychiatrist listens intently and asks all the wrong questions; stirring up bad memories, cold feelings and resentment in the patient.
Nothing is solved.
